The Fulbright Research and Development Program (FRDP) offers a 6-9 month, non-degree, research or professional development program at a U.S. university.The Fulbright Research and Development Program targets teaching faculty and scholars under the age of 40 who are either teaching at institutions of higher learning or are affiliated with academic, research, or cultural institutions, including libraries and museums, or with NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations). FRDP is designed for those, who have not received a post-graduate academic degree (“Kandydat nauk”) or who have received their degree within the past 5 years.
